Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat eater; which one?

There is so many different types of eating “lifestyles”. Ranging from vegan to paleo to fruitarian. But no one fully knows what is the best eating style is best for them. For the most intense activists, they tend to go vegan. And for others, they eat so much meat that it clogs their arteries.
Personally, for me, I am extremely picky about what I eat. I don’t like labels, but I would say that I am close to being a vegetarian. I said close. I eat more vegetables, fruits and rice. But I do eat eggs, fish, and some dairy. I don’t have any beef products, pork products, or poultry. I don’t drink soda and don’t eat fast food. And I have all natural sweets, such as dark chocolate-which is my favorite. Or homemade sweets, because they are not made out artificial peservatives and are made out of all natural products. I drink plenty of water, some juice and wine every now and then. I guess if you looked at all of the food pyramids, mine would be extremely close to the “mediterranean diet”. About five times a year, I go vegan for about a week or two. This is just to heal my body holistically. I am an animal activist, but my body needs a little bit of protein for my body. I have plenty of nuts and other protein products, but the turkey and chicken products help my body system.
Now, for everyone, it is different. Everyone has their own eating lifestyle and that’s perfectly fine. But do not shove your eating lifestyle down everyone’s throat. It is not right on any level. I do not shove my health lifestyle down someone else’s throat. If they do ask my opinion, then I share it. But I would never, in a million years, tell them how to eat. Because that’s not who I am. I want them to figure out what is good for their body. Because they should know what is good for them.
Just do your research and figure out what is best for you. If you do want advice, I would gladly help you out.
