The New Year

Welcome to 2015 everyone! It is the start of a brand new year and it is the time to make new goals for the year. Most people tend to make goals but hardly even keep them; especially with the health goals.
This year, if one of your goals is to lose weight and become healthier, here is a bit of advice. Don’t give up. It takes months to see a difference, it doesn’t happen after one day at the gym and eating salads. It takes weeks, even months. It took me over a year to lose 70 lbs, but I never gave up. So if one of your goals is to lose weight, invest your time and don’t expect a miracle to happen over night.
My goals for this year are stay active, pass all of my classes, travel some more and meet new people. What are your goals for this year?
