Vegetarian Lifestyle

Look at that delicious burger. Without actually figuring out what it is made of, you might assume that it is made from cow. But it isn’t. This is a crispy quinoa burger with sweet potato fries, beer caramelized onions and Gruyere. It is delicious. So succulent.
I’ve cut out eating meat and became a vegetarian. I do have eggs and also certain dairy products (I do have some lactose intolerance to specific milks). I’m proud that I am a vegetarian. For so many reasons. Besides having a healthy lifestyle, I’m also an activist for animals. Being a vegetarian is the best thing that I’ve done. There are so many amazing recipes. I can eat all of my favorite dishes, all I have to do is switch out certain ingredients.
I can say this, vegetarianism is not for everyone. So many people are meat eaters, to each their own. But I know that I don’t want to really go back to eating meat. If I were to eat anything remotely close to meat would be fish. Yes, fish is considered a vegetarian form. It’s called Pescetarian. I will always have my weak moments of wanting fish n’ chips. That’s any vegetarian for you.
I do recommend having at least one day a week where you don’t eat meat. It is great for your system. Your digestive system will clear out naturally and you will feel healthier. There are so many recipes out there. If you want to know any, ask me or even go onto the internet and do some research.
