My Holistic Approach


      I’ve always been interested in the holistic world. Practicing the ancient methods of the sages and shamans has always been a big part of who I am. I have a hard time with using modern medicines. The chemicals in the new medicines have a bad reaction on my body.


Crystal healing:

I’ve always been attracted to the natural healings of the crystals. Crystal healing has been around since the dawn of time. It was even used as a method during the time of Socrates.



Yoga is one of the oldest forms of healing the body. It originated in India and has slowly made its way into the western world. I’ve been practicing yoga for quite some time and enjoy it.



So easy. So simple. Going outdoors and enjoying the scenery while hiking the trails. This is relaxing and keeps you healthy.  I love spending time outdoors and hiking always relaxes me.


It’s healthy and there are hundreds of different types of tea. The one picture above is coconut cinnamon tea.


Ancient Places:
Visiting the ancient places and meditating while there can heal the soul and heart. It opens up all of the channels in your soul and chakras and slowly heals you.

Not everyone is for the holistic approach. This is due to the fact that they are too wrapped up in the modern medicines that are destroying their body inside and out.
I recommend using the holistic approach to healing your body. Your body is your temple and you should take care of it.
