An Herbalist Advice: Chai Spice Tea

Natural decaffeinated black tea, cinnamon, ginger root, cinnamon flavor, allspice, clove, nutmeg, clove bud oil, and cardamom oil makes up the chai spice decaf tea. You can either make it from scratch ( which I do sometimes), or you can go to your local herbal store or grocery store and find little tea bags that are already made for you (I use Stash premium).
This tea works wonders. When you are battling a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, or sinus infections; then reach for the chai spice decaf tea. After either making it from scratch or boiling the water for the tea bag, pour a little bit of almond milk into it. You will be able to heal your sinuses and nodes, while also receiving calcium. If your child is dealing with those symptoms, then give them a cup of it. They can drink the full cup or half, and it will slowly work it’s way into the system.
