An Herbalist Advice: Herbal Baths I

We all deal with rough days and rough weeks. All we want to do by the end of the day or week is to relax and let all of stress, pain, and civilization go away. One way of doing this is to take a nice long bath. But just soaking in water is not always fun, and the bubbles can get old relatively quick.

I have a few types of herbal bath remedies that you will enjoy. Each post for herbal baths, I will feature one. For this post, I am showcasing an herbal bath for comforting.

These will be in equal parts, either 1 to 2 cups of the herbs. Choose how much you want and make all of the herbs equal. Throw all herbs into the warm water, and enjoy the comforting herbs heal your body inside and out.

Comforting Herbal Bath:
Calendula (Marigold)
Chamomile
Lavender
Mint
Raspberry Leaves
Rosemary
