The Orange Trees (Poem)

The sweet smells from the oranges fill the misty morning,
As the sun hides behind the hills.
Such a magnificent sight,
Such a beautiful scent.
The air is thin,
But feels thick with the sweet perfume of the oranges.
Walking under the orange trees,
A sense of serenity fills my soul.
Stopping my body,
Yet making my heart races faster.
This sensation that has taken me back,
Back to Spain where the orchard trees were filled with beautiful oranges,
That reach the Mediterranean Sea.
