An Herbalist Advice: Honey

Honey, the sweet nectar that we put in our tea, on our toast, and to help sweeten any dish that we wish. But most do not know that honey is also meant for healing out body in so many ways.
When a person wishes to lose weight, they will go to extremes and try every diet pill that is available. Instead of doing fad diets and taking pills, use one teaspoon of honey with half teaspoon of cinnamon in your water. It helps your metabolism and helps you lose weight safely. Most of us have a hard time going to sleep, I do because I work odd hours right now, but what I do to help myself go to sleep without chamomile tea is take one to two teaspoons of honey and it helps my body relax, just like the tea would.
