Frozen Moon (Poem)

The days have become shorter,
The nights have become longer,
the first frost has descended.

Most of the population has scampered off home,
While I stand beneath the frozen moon light.
No need to hide in the warmth,
No need to hide beside the fireplace,
For the warmth of my jacket is all I need,
As I watch the frozen moon tonight.
