“Our prime purpose in life is to help others. And if you can’t help them at least don’t hurt them.” – Dalai Lama
Every person on this earth has a purpose and has a life path that is only designated to them, this is a given fact. The difference between a purpose and a life path is based on the individual’s gifts and lessons. For example, one person might be taking a life path that directs him down the path of spirituality, where he will learn along the way of what he believes in and what he sees around him. This life path shapes that person to be the person they are supposed to be at the end. One’s purpose has to do with what they are doing for the rest of the world. Are they going to be a solider? An artist? A lawyer? A healer? When it comes to finding out your purpose in this lifetime, it can sure take some time to understand what it is that you are supposed to be doing. Some people in fact don’t know what their purpose in life is until they are in their eighties, some will find out when they are rather young (possibly around the age of ten years old or younger), and some find out during their teenage years and early adulthood.
Many people tend to force it to come to them, because they want to know so badly about what it is that they are supposed to do. How they are going to help others, and what it is that they are supposed to be learning in this lifetime. But when you force something, it will be stubborn as you are and will make you wait a lot longer. Time is one of those things that many of us has a love-hate relationship, and for many of us, we don’t like to wait for very long when it comes to knowing specific things that we wish to know so that we can get a jumpstart helping others out and start learning those lessons. Here is the thing though, when it comes to the life path, you will know after you have seen the pattern that you seem to have followed or it have followed you. Once you have picked up on that hint, then you will have realized that this is part of your life path, this is part of your growth, and this is part of your lesson.
Purpose’s are a tricky business, due to the fact that when you look around you, you tend to see that everyone else has probably figured out what it is that they are supposed to do; all the while you are sitting their pondering over what your purpose in life could be. There are many ways to go about this, and one of the many ways, is to just ask. Pray, meditate, manifest/ law of attraction, use the tools and they can help you learn what your purpose in life is supposed to be. Sometimes all you need to do is just ask. Ask the Universe, ask your God or your own infinite source to help guide you and show you what it is you’re supposed to be doing.
You will soon figure out your life path and you will certainly find out about your purpose on this earth. Because everyone has a purpose and everyone has something that they are supposed to be learning from and growing towards.
