Middle of Winter (Poem)

7ff661b76bd4a88be78293d81c0d86b1

The snow crunches beneath my feet,
While the morning chilly air brushes by gently,
As I look at my surroundings
While I walk by the forest during my morning walk.

The trees are dead,
for the leaves are gone,
and the branches are frozen.
To many this is haunting,
For me however,
I find this place a true beauty.
