An Herbalist Advice: Tea for Meditation

There are times where when you want to meditate, you can be overwhelmed by everything around you. There might be too much noise, or your head is full of many things running around and it makes it hard for you to even meditate. Downing a cup of coffee is not the best thing to do when you are trying to clear your head and meditate, thankfully there is a type of tea that I enjoy using that helps my head clear out (safely of course).

5 tsp. Lady Grey Tea
2 tsp. Chamomile
1 tsp. Rose Hips
1 Elder Flower

Steep the herbs for ten to fifteen minutes, pour into your mug, and enjoy. Drink only one cup full, then you can head off to your meditation session.
